I am a retired U.S. Army Logistics (Quartermaster) Warrant Officer with more than 39 years of experience in leadership, negotiation, sales, and management across military, financial services, and business environments. My career has been built on discipline, integrity, and a results-driven mindset—values that directly benefit the clients I serve today.
I have been a licensed real estate professional for the past 15 years, beginning my real estate career in Surprise, Arizona. Most recently, I led the Veterans Team, where we successfully sold over 1,000 homes, helping homeowners achieve their goals through strategic pricing, strong negotiation, and consistent execution. This hands-on experience allows me to guide clients confidently through every stage of the selling process.
Following my military retirement, I also spent many successful years in the mortgage industry, including more than five years leading TILA Mortgage, which my partners and I ultimately sold. This background gives me a deep understanding of the financial side of real estate, enabling me to help clients navigate offers, loan terms, and negotiations with clarity and confidence.
After relocating from Washington State back to the Phoenix area, I am proud to serve homeowners in Surprise and surrounding communities. Before entering lending, I built Marshall Marketing Group from the ground up, growing it to more than $2.5 million in annual sales. During that time, I earned the Certified Direct Marketing Professional designation from the Direct Marketing Association. For over 30 years, I helped companies successfully market and sell their products and services, and today I use those same proven strategies to help you sell your home for the best possible return.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Seattle University and later completed coursework in their MBA program before launching my marketing firm.
