This website collects only what you choose to send me. I use it to answer you, I do not sell it, and I will delete it on request. Contact information you submit goes to me directly by email, not to a lead-buying service.

What this site collects
The forms on this site (the contact form and the home search request form) collect the name, phone number, email address and notes you type into them. Nothing is required except a way to reach you. This site does not sell products and does not collect payment information.
How the information is used
I use what you send to answer your question and, if you ask me to, to follow up about buying or selling a home. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not share it with lead-generation companies. Information may be shared with my brokerage, Realty ONE Group, or with a title company, lender or escrow officer when that is necessary to handle a transaction you have asked me to work on.
Email and phone contact
If you call or email me, or send a form from this site, you are consenting to a reply by the same method. Ask me to stop contacting you at any time and I will stop.
Cookies and analytics
This site is a content site with no property-search feed, no login and no advertising pixels placed by me. Basic hosting logs (such as page requests) may be recorded by the hosting provider for security and performance. Embedded content, such as the Google map on the contact page, is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
How to have your information removed
Email jim@equityadvantageaz.com or call 623-244-9777 and ask. I will delete what I hold, other than records I am required to retain under Arizona real estate recordkeeping rules.
